Objectives:
- Advising management on the human resource policies required to ensure that the organization has a highly motivated, committed and high-performing work force.
- Implementing and maintaining all necessary human resource policies and procedures to enable the organization to achieve its objectives/ goals.
- Assisting in the development of the organizations’ over all direction and strategy, particularly with regard to the human resource implications.
- Providing the support and advice that will help line (operational) and service managers to achieve their objectives.
